Pumpkin Carving

This past Saturday was a day we've been looking forward to for quite some time. Not because we were doing anything grand, but because of the people we were sharing it with.

We spent the afternoon and evening hanging out with our small group. As is our tradition now, we carved pumpkins, ate a homemade meal together and then played games.

These friends are more like family. We've been through much together, and we always know how to have a good time. I am so thankful to bring Will into this community...and I'm beyond grateful at how they love him.

We took some nice and silly photos of all of us with our pumpkins...just waiting to get those from someone else's camera :) I also forgot one crucial picture...the 3 of us! But we are taking Will's 6 month photo shoot on Friday, so we will get some good ones there.

It was such a fun weekend, and we are beyond grateful for our group where encouragement, accountability, and service are fostered. Living in community with these friends is a gift!
